had my zen for over a year and this problem started happening, the zen still works but the screen on the zen stays on for a couple seconds then does this glitchy thing and the screen turns black. so its preventing me from seeing what scripts im using etc. i need help

Make sure that you are on the main user of the computer if you having problems when downloading and don’t see the app on desktop or when you search that should fix the problem

I cant save scripts because the zen studio freezes i can only save the preset gamepacks

PS5 and zen use has to be done through remote play unfortunately, for now.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to drag a file from programmer to compiler?
I’ve already set all my anti recoil up for each operator but want to change some of my button layouts on the programme but don’t know how to drag the script from programme to compiler?

My controller isn’t connecting when I plug it into the bottom ports would you know how I could fix that?
Try A1 port (left side) or unplug and replug until it’s picked up
Would you consider doing a tutorial for m&k on pc?
From what ive tested, I couldnt get the mnk to work in a way that felt fluid. I hear XIM is better, and that Zen is more specifically for controllers
@CronusChronicles thanks for that info. I bought mine at a time little info was available.
After I plug in the console plug it still says select device to continue
@@Teagpotato I had to have one plugged in from the right of the zen and then when it couldn't find it I had to plug in another USB from the back of zen. I can't 100% rem how I got it especially after it recognizes it to get it in bootloader mode without it switching to not being able to find it again but I can tell you it was allot of plugging and unplugging. Using 2 c - usb cords. Best of luck
My pc only has usb c, so can i use a different cable for cronus?
I think you would need an adapter so that you can set things up.
I got everything downloded, but i can connectt my dualsense edge.. im on ps5, do you know any work around? I got a hori controller aswell
My understanding right now is that playstation can only be set up with remote play

@CronusChronicles Looks like a new workaround for the PS5 dropped and doesn't require remote play. Not sure on how legit it is but I watched the video and seems straightforward enough.

I keep getting bootloader e3002. I’ve done the hard reset and everything please help
Unplug everything and wait 10 seconds then replug. Might take a few tries
For me I get to the part when I need to hold the bottom button for 3 seconds for the Zen to be found on the screen and its not doing anything after could somone please help.

sometimes its where the zen is plugged in. Do you have it plugged into a strong usb port? Like the back of your PC?

Game packs work but there isn’t a specific option for it within zen studio for legal reasons
Is there reliable scripts for The Finals?
I believe they just updated zen studio to include the finals, yes
When adding scripts I click the save program button and it freezes no error code I’ve tried for hours troubleshooting
Have you tried using different usb cables? Or plugging your usb into a stronger port?
Doing this on a Windows 7 is like pulling hair out of your head

We are actually working on a general script using doom as a primer, but as of right now, its just the game pack within zen studios

Who put out an update? Microsoft put out a 3rd party controller ban for Xbox but that’s all I’m aware of.

why would you need a VPN to download zen studios? honestly, I don't get it???🤔 mine downloaded fine and zen studios is just software for the device that allows button mapping and stuff... arent VPNs to hide your location and info??

For some reason why I plug in my long cable into my computer it says this usb device is not recognized the last usb device u connected malfunction. Do u know how to work around that?
I am having the exact same issue did you ever figure out a fix my guess is they made all the old chronus zens obsolete with the update.
@@RaPTeN777 yeah I fixed it so apparently my computer had to be updated 😂 I haven’t used my zen & laptop ina while so once I updated my laptop it worked out perfectly so just check if u have any updates u need to do on your computer

Did uou delete the old zen studio completely before installing the new one?

yes but you have to have bootloader or a windows emulator to run zen studio

sometimes its a usb cable issue. might be a faulty cable. Could also be where you are plugging into. If you use a lap top and dont have a PC where you can plug into the back of your PC, you might need to try using a power adapter to plug into
