This will reset your keyboard to factory settings. I hope it works for you. Best wishes. Rich 1) Turn OFF the keyboard. 2) Press and hold down the rightmost white key (C) while turning ON the keyboard. 3) Once the power is ON, release the key. The keyboard will reinitialize to the original factory settings.
It could be a setting. If you've checked everything else, this might help: I'm not a technician. If your keyboard is acting strangely, I'd suspect dust or dirt has gotten inside the keyboard. I had a key that played loud one time and fixed my keyboard by cleaning the contacts inside. It took me a couple of hours to take the screws out of the keyboard and clean. You might check my video on TH-cam. Search: "I fix a loud key on my Yamaha DGX-520 digital piano. Thrilled!!"

@@richdavis4007 , coming back from the supermarket where I had gone to buy a screw diver so that I could open it; switching it on I found all the keys working again. It's a miracle!
I'm sorry to hear that. I have a video for fixing a loud key. Possibly some dust in the keyboard. That's all I can think. It could be something else. You'll just have to perform experiments until you figure it out. I'm not a tech, for sure. Good luck!
I don't know why the volume on one side of your keyboard is lower than the other. It could be that there was a setting mistakenly made that causes this but I can't tell you how to reset or to fix. I'm not a piano tech. Good luck. Rich

Sounds to me like your settings are off somewhere. I'd go through the Function settings and see. Check Sustain, etc.
