We share the same name and I connected so much to this recovery story. Pre illness I was a long distance runner and losing my running has been the hardest thing about this illness for me. Hearing her say she ran a marathon bought me SO MUCH Joy. So grateful for this video thank you Raelyn and Lauren 🥰🥰

Awesome interview!!! I’m in my 4th year of ME/CFS recovery. I avoid any stress and negativity. Self care +++, avoid junk food. It’s years of stress and disrespecting our limits! 💖

Hey Irene! Uggh 4 years... I'm sorry to hear that. But it sounds like things are going the right direction and that you are doing a really admirable job of taking care of yourself. Great job with that! I know it's not easy. Hang in there and sending you hugs for the rest of your recovery journey 🤗

I have been severely ill with ME for 11 years now. It has just gradually gone worse day by day. So it is indeed so wonderful to hear the recovery-stories of you two. It gives me so much hope, since I have kind of accepted that I will have this condition for the rest of my life. So thank you so much for sharing your methods to recovery.

Hi Anna Maria! That is so nice to hear and thank you for taking the time to share a bit of your experience. I am so sorry to hear that you've been struggling with this for 11 years already. I know this can be such a long and incredibly hard journey for some of us, but there is DEFINITELY reason to be hopeful in my opinion. Sending my best to you for your own recovery story! ❤️

I’ve just had a 3 day flare and it’s hard to see when it will end, just finished a liver cleanse... did have a bit of family stress but urghhh feel awful. I love the NLP idea. This was a wonderfully positive video. Thank you both xxx

Uggh is right - 3 days of a flare sounds rough to deal with (to put it mildly). I'm so sorry you're facing this right now! But hopefully that liver cleanse will help boost you out of this. Good for you for that! It's never ending "cleaning" of sorts isn't it. I'm so glad you enjoyed the video though - thanks for the feedback and for the support 💛

Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "chronic fatigue definition" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Diyadelyn Ziyily Idea - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )?
It is a good one off product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS - Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it.

Thank you so much Raelan and Lauren I totally agree that mindset is so important and to me is the key to recovery and how you react to stress is paramount as what you resist persists. I think once you have that positive mindset in place and you are able to find that inner joy and appreciate how wonderful our bodies are and all they do for us we automatically start to see self care as vital, we intuitively know what foods nourish us what exercise is beneficial to us and effectively listen to those signs our bodies are always giving us. I am still a work in progress however since accepting my life as it is and loving my body and not getting caught up in those negative thoughts my life has become more happy and peaceful 💜

@@alizamorallos6339 I am still a work in progress I am currently experiencing menopause symptoms and getting very little sleep I still trust that my body knows what it is doing but I still constantly get in the way of the healing process by getting caught up with overthinking everything.
It has been a very difficult 2 years in my personal life but I still try to maintain a positive mindset but I don’t ignore the negative I try to be gentle with myself and listen to my intuition and focus on what I need in the present moment as opposed to what I think I should be doing.

Awesome video. Thanks Raelan and Lauren - and great work both on your recoveries! 💪💪
I came across Raelan’s channel as eleven weeks on from contracting COVID I am housebound with what seems to be Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome. I definitely went through a fearful “will this last forever?” phase but now know full recovery is possible and believe I will return to 100+% energy. Love your positivity, this seems to be so key!
Also loved what you said about developing empathy. My short experience alone has already given me far greater understanding of what it must be like for those with long-term fatigue issues.

Hey Alice! Uggh this post COVID fallout is just so disheartening and scary and I'm so sorry that you are facing this. I think anyone would be fearful facing what you are facing. I'm barely holding in. Been in this hell since May 2019. Been to many doctors and many scans. Currently I sleep over 12 hours a night. I pass out as soon as I hit the pillow. I wake up with severely sore muscles, that are stuff and fatigued. I occasionally get bad tingling. If I didn't have kids, I wouldn't be here to type this. that's how fed up and DESPERATE I am. Started with strep throat. No brain fog though. That's how mine is different.

now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron)
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.
