- A short video essay on the history of #bandai virtual pets. #tamagotchi & #digimon were both very influemcial franchises, that still release amazing toys to this day.
If you have watched this video and think, "I would like to get into virtual pets!" then I would highly recomend the tamagotchi PIX and the Digimon Vital Hero Bracelet. Both are very fun devices.
I got my voice audio up, but learning how to balance dialogue on top of multiple songs is kinda hard 😅. I have an idea for what I'll do on the next video.
Speaking of that, I already have started filming some stuff for the next video. I hope it will make you GOGO CRAZY!!!
I haven't given up on this channel btw. (I'm the creator). Life has just gotten very hectic and I lost a lot of motivation for making videos like these (these are the only kinda videos I rlly feel like making)
i love virtual pets, mostly the Tamagotchi and Digimon, and it fills all four hearts on the happiness bar when i see videos like these

Man, this throws me back to the mid 90’s. I was born in the mid 80’s so I was around 10-12 when the whole Tomagotchi/DigiMon/VirtuaPet craze was going on. I remember every kid having one of these stupid things… reminds me of all of the other 90’s memes and trends like snap-bracelets, YO-YO’s (which incidentally I got very into and became enthralled with…buying $120 captive ceramic bearing balanced YO-YO’s that would “sleep” for about 5 minutes while you perform about 14 different combinations), Tech-Decks/fingerboards, Super-Soakers, et. al. (the list is endless).

I have quite a few as well, don't remember the number but I've got the pix, the uni, a v3, a couple 20ths, 3 digivices (2 X) and a color pendulum. I also have a couple vital bracelets and a poke walker.

They have a NEW Tama releasing next month. For the first time in Tama history, it’s a worldwide release, with Wi-Fi available to connect with anyone around the world :)
The Tamagotchi meets/on/some are my favorite lines because you can do gene mixing of characters and get endless unlimited types of pets!! Sadly the newer ones don’t have that, making those devices more expensive. I recommend the On/meets/some as they are all the same. I’d go with the Some for someone looking for a Meets or On that’s brand-new and can’t pay 300$ for one. The Some is the exact same as the Meets and On, but is only 70$ right now and was released in 2022 with re-designed shells (better shell imho), better battery life, and a slightly newer screen type. If you know how to play the ON the Some is a replica and exactly the same. So easy to pick up.
