I would definitely change the gpu to an 4070 (when you can afford or available to) and maybe the cpu cooler to like an aio because with tha small air cooler wouldn't be enough.

you clearly don't know anything that air cooler will be plenty sufficient for the CPU it will be suitable for pretty much every CPU you really only need an AIO if you have a 13th/14th gen CPU or a 7800x3d, air coolers today are very effective.
