    I change my lifestyle the way Andrew Weil explained and I, at the age of 67, am in better global health than 15 years ago. No more High systolic blood pressure with pills to control it, panic attacks, pollen allergie and reduction of 3/4 of skin eczema after 7 months. Thank you of all of those who promote good health informations on TH-cam. 10 minutes with a medical doctor didn't address the real problem for me. And the best of it is that I know what I have to do to be at the best of myself for the rest of my life.

    It's been a long time coming, but more and more people are talking about this and believe that this is the way of the future. Just have to convince the insurance companies.

    Trust me he isn't obese,he is a larger size man and his beard make him appear larger in the face. Look at his arms and hands,his hands aren't fat. Pease,don't judge what you don't know.

    What about research on the perception of stress and how that may directly impact how the body reacts to stress? Why placebo people into fearing stress, when stress is inevitable and perception is mutable?

    • @01happykat
      @01happykat 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Stress is unavoidable, especially in the Western world. The key is learning to decrease and manage it, otherwise, persistently high cortisol levels trigger persistent inflammation, which is at the root of his argument for integrative medicine.

    I will disagree at 17:00-18:00 that any grains have any benefits in the diet actually they are anti-nutrients.

    Pretty sad that the bottom line for health is money. Jesus Himself said it. Money is the god of this world.

    So...Dr Weil fancies himself an economist. Please regale us with the successes of socialized medicine throughout history. I'm not a strident ideologue; there are significant inefficiencies and conspiracies in USA healthcare, and make no mistake we do not have a free market system in the USA. The most regulated industries in the US are banking, healthcare and insurance (also the most corrupt and iniquitous). We need to increase the number of medical schools especially integrative medicine, but in no way should we fund healthcare through taxation. I implore you to read about free market solutions to the healthcare system.
