One light sand with wet and dry is enough for plastic parts i know this as I have done it myself then I grey primer my parts then black matt then lacquer turned out as it should

It was my first time, I was getting mixed information from online, and I was trying my best. I'll make sure to try your method next time! Many thanks for watching the video and for the tips!👍🏻😁

Why did you lacquer bumper then sand it off that was such a waste as you sanded off what you sprayed...thats backwards ...light sand the wet amd dry then prime..its plastic not metal buddy

Thanks for this! I was sanding to smooth the lacquer and make it ready for polishing, so the sanding after the lacquer would be part of the polishing. I appreciate your helpful tips and advice, I'll try that next time! 😊👍🏻

Good job, shame u didn't just go to next stage and fill those scraps and paint it !
Not much harder than u already did ?😊

Thank you! I have never ever done anything like this before, and it was very scary for me as I was afraid I'd mess it up. These scratches are under the car, so you can't see them once the bumper is assembled. It's all a learning experience, so maybe next time, I'll take it to the next level 😊
