UPDATE: The TriHauler is awesome. I discovered you can unlock the top speed so it goes 21mph. Nice.

Watching your videos, I’ve learned so much. I first wanted the Lectric Trike until you revealed a problem with bearings. I then was taking a look at Mrs Adventures Mooncool Trike until you revealed a bearing problem. I seam to be running out of inexpensive reliable trikes. I guess I have to bump it up a notch hoping that this HJM doesn’t follow suit with the bearing issue. Much thanks.

The bike is set at the factory at 15 MPH for safety reasons.....it is advertised to go faster.....the links offered on the website offer a link on how to upgrade the speed for a more personal ride
Some claim to have had the trike up to 24 MPH.....others claim to have had it up to 27 MPH. Personally. I would want to have the option of up to 30 MPH as there are a lot of roads that do not offer bike paths and there are a lot of drivers that do not pay attention nor do they wish to be behind a slow moving bicycle/trike. At least at 30 MPH the rider is able to ride in the lane of travel without slowing traffic enough to cause congestion and a lot of irate drivers

I agree, its a bit beefier but not all that much bigger when compared to some of the others. I have had much bigger and didn't care for them. This one is near perfect in size and function.

The 1000 watt rear motor is illegal by federal law for an ebike. I believe that 750 watts is the limit for bikes. Check out the federal laws. Most states are inline with the federal law - limiting ebikes to 750 watts. There may be a few states with exceptions.

Can you do a video on the Pros/Cons of front vs back hub motors. I am stuck on this in deciding which eTrike to get.

Good idea for a video. But in short, front hub motors have less weight, therefor are more likely to loose traction and spin the tires in wet grass and going up hills with loose dirt or gravel.

I like the specs on this. The only issue I have is the front hub motor. If you get the Pro version of the eTrike with a back motor it will cost $500 extra. That's too much seeing you can get comparable brands for $1999 and under with back hub motor. Too bad... bad pricing structure.

The difference between the 750w and the 1000w Pro is the Pro is going to take hills a lot better than the 750w and will also have more torque
P.S, Also, the Pro will do a lot better with larger loads, such as carrying all the stuff needed to do a bbq while on a long trip. Or for that matter carry all the stuff needed to go camping. There is a full line of accessories including adding a trailer to carry more gear

Well built but looses it all on one point; uses "FRONT WHEEL DRIVE" a constent clear and Dangerios design where it should be driving rear
wheels as front drive are a danger in SNOW, ICE, and rain. NOT GOOD IN NOTHERIN CLIMATES. NORTHERIN USA and CANADA .
