    I don't get the logic behind half a banana man! Use the whole banana !! It's worth the consumption !!!!!!

    • @ShaikhMaaz.
      @ShaikhMaaz. 9 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      +Aakash Iyer yeah why waste half of banana? haha lol :)

    • @oakshadow7306
      @oakshadow7306 8 ปีที่แล้ว +41

      Maybe it's just a balance thing. Maybe If you put the whole banana it it would be too much and taste too much like banana. Idk just a guess

    • @pendexofficial3926
      @pendexofficial3926 7 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      If u put half a banana with the peel still on it you can conserve the other half of the banana

    Best protein shake:
    - A little bit less than a cup of Greek yogurt (plain)
    - 4-5 ice cubes
    - 1 spoonful of natural peanut butter (doesn’t have to be much)
    - 2 strawberries
    - 1 whole banana
    - 1 or 1 1/2 scoop of protein powder (chocolate)
    Your welcome

    A few questions:
    1. can i add some raw eggs into this?
    2. when i make this shake, can i store it in the fridge for me to drink in the upcoming days?
    3. does this really help u gain weight?

    • @Unknownstarz93
      @Unknownstarz93 9 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      GilbertEffendy I dont advise to keep shake in the fridge, it starts to smell up

    • @GilbertEffendy
      @GilbertEffendy 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      so you're saying i have to make the shakes every single day?

    • @Unknownstarz93
      @Unknownstarz93 9 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      yeah make them fresh everyday.

    • @GilbertEffendy
      @GilbertEffendy 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      what if i only drink the shakes like 3-4 times a week? will it still have a good affect on me? like will it still help me gain some weight

    • @Unknownstarz93
      @Unknownstarz93 9 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes it will, You can always eat something else e.g. tuna instead of a protein shake. but its because a shake is quicker to make.

    I started taking it right after my workout. As my protein shake plus meal replacement. Is that fine for the muscle recovery? Do I need to take the protein n water alone first right after the workout and do this later ?

    Great video! I find sometimes that depending on the brand of whey powder used, the powder's flavor can be pretty domineering over the other ingredients. Whenever this is the case, I stick the shake in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and chilling the mixture helps bring out the flavor of all the other ingredients (or suppress the whey powder's taste, I'm not sure which). In this case the banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon will be the dominant flavors you taste, instead of the whey powder.

    • @guillaumeayotte1497
      @guillaumeayotte1497 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +MELL09494 1 scoop would equal 30 grams, i.e. just over an ounce. That would also equal 2 tablespoons or 6 teaspoons.
      In terms of cups, that would be 1/8 of a standard cup.
