I have missed your updates. Twice in 2 weeks is amazing.
My son with CF turns 11 on February 10th and we see his CF team on the 24th and I am excited to find out more from his team about this modulator. So glad to see your videos again. I found your channel right after our son was diagnosed in 2014. It has helped me so much. My son is currently doing great on Trikafta.
My son was also born in 2014 with CF and will be 11 in March. He's also on Trikafta. Doing great on it but I'm very interested in this new CF drug as well.

So happy for you guys, to see things change so much in CF care is incredible. I was a paediatric RN before an injury and CRPS stopped my career in 1992. I worked in a small town and two teenage girls reallytouched my heart. One that married and had a child at 19 before later have a transplant, and another who sadly passed while waiting for transplant. There were such strong young ladies with such huge variation in how the disease took a toll on their body.
I realy hope these newer medications will add to the improved health of young sufferers too. Its been incredible to see how far you've come, remembering these early days with the trifekta all those years ago too. And now parents to 2 precious boys, other than loss of Ollie so recently, i am sure life is really so good. Hoping the same good things for your sister and family too. To imagine the news your parents were given at you births and now the difference in how your lives are going. Got to love medical researchers and all they have done in the past yrs for this illness. Yay to you too, that strength and love sure shine through!

Praise God!! Your new meds have been on my mind and I am so glad they are working. I totally get that feeling where "is it the meds or is it my mind" takes over. It can be hard to relax and let it be. Chronic illness is a physical and mental struggle. Here's to new meds and more living!! 🎉

I’m so happy to see you guys back and so so glad the Alyftrek seems to be working. Would love to hear an update on your families. I’ve been following you since the very beginning (the grocery cart ride in Scotland and random dances in parking lots) and often wonder how they are. Especially your sister. I always thought it was such a shame that Trikafta wasn’t developed earlier so that she could go on that instead of having to have her transplant. Hope she’s still doing well.

@ They adopted Elijah the day he was born, more than 3 years ago. Unsure whether Gabe is still a foster (they used to refer to him as "little sweetie") or if they adopted him - sounds like maybe they adopted him, but I'm not going to assume because I don't know a whole lot about fostering.

I think your voice sounds stronger, compared to the last video. Hey mental is all part of the package. Even if a medicine works, if you don't look for the improvement and GOOD, you won't find it. I'm picking a new medications and hoping I will have smiles also! Also what is it with kids and colds! :)
