Yes you can use with stock and yeah ecu remap itself.
Can we use K&N air filter with Stock exhaust ? Or do I have to install aftermarket exhaust ?
You can use stock also but for better results use after market exhaust.

Bro yes. K&n you can reuse for lifetime while stock you need to change after every 2nd or 3rd service. And k&n being a performance air filter it increases the air flow also.
