Productive Week | Failing 75 HARD + daily workouts + 30th Birthday

  • ☆ Hiiiii, In this video i'm starting 75 HARD - the progress photos. For me my main focus is eating more and just making sure I hit the work outs and read. For H2O i'm only aiming to hit between 90-100oz of water. I did some research and found that for women thats whats recommended unless you're an athlete. Im excited to see how it goes and hopefully I see it through. I hope you guys like it and that you feel motivated to start 75 hard or maybe just workout more or read more. Whatever it is I hope I help get you motivated. (:
