Man such a great gun. Just unlocked it today and Im having a blast. That whole DLC completely brought my back. Hadnt touched the game for 6 months, after around 150hrs, Gearlvl 252 and no dlc played. Coming back now I gotta admit: Its so much fun with all the additions, fixes and the immersive mode! A great buggy sandbox and your vids always make me wanna play again. Keep up the great work!
The no dropping ammo is because those grunts usually have ASR’s and you’re using SMG ammo. That’s why I prefer any ASR in the field because you can easily top up your ammo
maybe it's about the ammo type? HoneyBadger, chambered in .300BLK which was classed into the 7.62 cal. but grunts are rarely equipped with guns fit the type.
I played that gun today about 4 hrs and it never done that weird aiming thing you were experiencing, may have just been a weird glitch in the game for you
Endra Nuriman I think so because the fire rate is so much higher and the power is still there. Not TAC50 power but it’s still up there. Five shots takes down a chopper.
I only have one gripe about this gun, so when I'm using this gun if you'll notice it says that the suppressor is off and it shows with the little icon that your suppressor is off, when using your a.i. teammates for a sync shot sometimes they go loud and get you caught!
When I use my AI teammates I avoid that by targeting three enemies (A, B and C) and let them take them down. I don't fire a 4th round. I just press an hold A and the AI fire simultaneously. No alarms are triggered that way. And although it's time consuming and rather boring, you'll never alert a base. You can take down the largest bases and not fire a shot yourself. Then just walk in and complete the objective.
It doesn't matter about the suppressor icon with the Honey Badger, the weapon has been manufactured with a suppressor built in, as for the A.I teammates, don't use sync shot if you are worried about them going loud, or just give them a different weapon
The Honey Badger is basically a reskin of the Bullpup PDR, the only difference is you can take off the silencer on the Bullpup. That said, the Honey Badger and the Bullpup are what I consider to be the best SMG's in the game, so no complaints. I'd day, if you're a Panther, go for the Badger, otherwise go for the Bullpup if you want to use a SMG so you can remove the silencer for full damage when loud.
Almost forgot, the only other real difference is the Bullpup uses the 5.56 ammo and the Badger uses 7.62. So if you're planning to run a Stoner or other 5.56 weapon, the Badger is a shoe-in then too so you're not doubling up on your ammo use (and vice versa of course).
I play on PS4. It's wierd because all the SMG & ASR guns while I'm playing are super quiet with or without my suppressor attached. But the enemies still hear me when I don't have the suppressor on.

kituwahband To me the raids are fun because Baal, Gargoyle, and Cerberus are all pretty easy because they don’t have much variation from time to time. But that damn Quantum Computer can be a pain because their are so many things that can go wrong.
I gave up on the normal version of that and went back to MK17 in the middle of cleaning out a base. Shots were just all over the place. For a ~7.62 it seems under powered per shoot.

The game developers don't know their guns. This Honey Badger is classified as an SMG, but it uses 7.62 mm cartridge and it has a M4 lower assembly and it takes M4 mags. Total confusion.
Are you asking? The 300 blackout round was developed for special forces by agency arms. It's a 7.62 projectile in a shortened 5.56 casing. That way the military just needed a larger barrel and still use everything from the 5.56. It was to replace SMGs and have longer range power and still be able to run subsonic ammo. This is in response for anyone who doesnt know. I'm currently building a poor mans version of this. 7½ in 300 blackout barrel with a brace so I dont need to register as a short barreled rifle.
@@mateobravo1324 I know about the 300 Blackout. While that would fit the description of the Honey Badger, I don't think the game developers were even thinking about that cartridge. They were probably thinking of the 7.62 x 51 because the 7.62 in the game is grouped with LMGs as well as some sniper rifles. My point is that the developers do not know their guns. I've noticed other guns that was associated with the wrong cartridge, like the FN Five-seveN is listed to use the 5.56 when it actually uses the 5.7 which is how it is named.
So? It's not an AR either, so either they'd have to put it in yet another, new, category, on its own in a menu that is already a major PITA to navigate or, you know, put it in the category that it shares the most similarities with, which would be SMGs, as SBRs sort of fill the same role, just with a higher caliber.
Yup. And although it's classified as an SBR with a 26" OAL and is chambered in 300 Blackout it's often marketed and used as a PDW. There's also pistol version with an OAL of 26.5". And that .5 inches is the difference between 'you better have the $200 tax stamp and live in a state where its legal', or a pistol which requires no stamp and saves you the $200 and can be owned virtually anywhere.

The Honey Badger & Scorpio Scout is the all purpose loadout. The Koblin is still the best for drones though. And BTW, how in the hell do you get 40 Skell Creds off a dead guy? I'm still getting 28.
good gun was my main in wildlands n prob my main smg in breakpoint don’t use it much tho as i rarely go in stealth or use smgs much especially since i’m at endgame
end game i find lmgs, grenade launchers, Sniper rifles , dmrs and shotguns like the new one more effective at least with gear level on plus i mainly run pathfinder or engineer n usually run n gun a lot
You pin several missions. Literally all you do, you go into the objectives board, pin one mission, then try pin another, it’ll come up with what you wanna replace it with go down to the other slots and pin it there.
Will you can actually use sync shot with your AI teammates, if you aim at a enemy and press X for PS4 I know you are playing in computer so what ever the button you use for vaulting I think lol 😂
Probably because the gun doesn’t need a suppressor attachment, it bugs and says theres no suppressor, because the suppressor comes with the weapon. If you get what I mean

The Honey Badger is legit! I like the customizable version better, but overall one of the better firearms from the new DLC hands down!
I have yet to find any truly bad weapons in the game. Even those that, in reality, are less than well thought of are more than adequate in the game.

The m4a1 sct custom is a burst dmr you have to buy with ghost coins it is a good gun also and has a nice skin to it too

Only true test of a gun is that big drone that pops poison and wolves show up at same time.
Firstly the Azrael drone does not drop poison, it drops a flare, then wolves are sent out to the location, ITS LITERALLY A TIP IN THE GAME.

Echelon SMG is the best. Best on recoil mobility handling and accuracy.
It has the exact same stats as the bullpup smg. But handles worse somehow
