    A few years ago I used to enjoy watching your video clips on regular basis, and then you disappeared - I am glad you two are back!

    I made this for s socially distanced backyard visit by a couple of friends last week. It was quite a hit. Even my husband who is typically restrained when it comes to compliments, remarked how tasty it was. Thanks, ladies, for a fabulous recipe - it will be my go-to for a quick dessert!

    Ahh I have been such a big fan of yours for years! I found you a long time ago, shortly after moving to LA when I was looking for easy yummy recipes. I’ve been making your whole green mung daal for forever...making it this week in fact. This recipe looks absolutely scrumptious! Can’t wait to try it. 😉

    I’m gonna try this yummy recipe tomorrow morning but I’ll use coconut milk instead of evaporated milk as I’m allergic and see how it taste 😍

    I love this recipe, definitely on my list on next to cook recipes. So Hetal you are not just following the keto diet, I guess.

    • @showmethecurry
      @showmethecurry  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, I (Hetal) am still on Keto but can you blame me for having just a little morsel of a taste of something that looks this delicious!?! :)

      @@showmethecurry agree, like any other things with us Indians hota hai, chalta hai is a best attitude to carry. We should never be strict to our selves.

    Can I add jaggery instead of sugar? Will the milk separate if I do so?

    • @showmethecurry
      @showmethecurry  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Jaggery is acidic so it will curdle the milk if you boil both together. You can reduce the milk to the consistency you like, take it off the stove and then melt the jaggery in.

    Can we use A2 or regular milk ?

    • @showmethecurry
      @showmethecurry  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use either but the cooking down process will take longer. We used evaporated milk to make this a super fast recipe.
