Right!! I feel the same ! He doesn’t post enough of the ghost and demon stories anymore. The paranormal stories are definitely my favorite by far but either way I still appreciate this guy so much ❤️
Even as a skeptic, I thoroughly enjoy a good paranormal yarn. More specifically, those that don't rely on the cliche "glowing red eyes" descriptor. Somehow LR manages to make even the less creative stories sound significantly better thanks to his stellar reading voice.
Agreed, though the "TRUE" in the titles irk me. Not to mention some details like in the second story with dad who immediately after being described as "logical" assumes that some knocking must be an evil entity and throws a Bible at it.
I enjoy them too, but as soon as I heard “Warren” I had to skip the first one. I never believe a damn thing those frauds (and their cultists) have to say.
As a child I had only ever seen the Casper movie and heard of the "white sheet ghost" as a description of ghosts... then I saw one, a silhouette of a man in a trench coat with blood red glowing dots where eyes should be, looked like a shadow standing vertically otherwise. I later mentioned it to one of the neighbours who had lived in that old line of houses for his whole life. He pulled out a picture of a man in a trench coat in that room... right height and all. The neighbour told me he was an ex owner forced to sell the house due to finances but he loved it and had died only recently.
Perfect way to pass a gloomy evening. How is it that stories such as these brighten my mood? Having grown up in the most haunted house imaginable, maybe it's a throwback to be formative years... Strangest thing about the house where I was raised, who/whatever was there never seemed malevolent. Rather, they seemed protective.
Wish I could say the same. A demonic entity ravaged my fathers house in Iowa. I could tell stories for hours about that house. I was 11 years old at the time. Very traumatic
Last night, I dreamt that there was a demon in my house and I was chasing it and yelling at it to gtfo. Hopefully, listening to these stories will influence my brain to give me a sequel to that dream tonight
Lol!! Absolutely! I am currently in New Mexico where it rarely rains and when it does its not like in the South where it can linger all day. Here, it rains very quickly and moves on and an hour later you would never even be able to tell it rained!! However, today it has been a gloomy, rainy day pretty much all day!🙂

The intro with the deer skull waking through the forest is way better. I’d stick to that one for sure, I crank it to full volume and it never gets old while trying to sleep
falling asleep to these stories is a bad idea. I literally dreamt pieces of these stories. i remember i was going through one of the stories and Let's Read was just a disembodied voice, narrating what was happening lol
