love this deck idea! i usually find azorius boring as well but this is a lot cooler design in my opinion. winning with a cheap approach of the second sun and narsets reversal is really sweet

I don't think the reduction applies twice to your narset reversal/ second sun combo. Elminster specifies the next instant/sorceries

interesting commander but i just read it and the second ability exiles the card. meeeh it remove a maybe good card from the game, sure give you tokens but still removes a card lol. I dont know

Rumor Gatherer will scry 1 , then draw 1, then scry 1, then draw 1, at least , work like this on arena MTG online .

Thats interesting, I always thought of it as you scry 1, draw 1 and then scry for the rest of the time due to it only triggering the second time it happened. Good point though, Ill have to look into that more!

(6:16) If Displacer Kitten blinks elminster, he will come back without any counters and will die imediatly

Blinking Elminster will cause him to enter the battlefield resetting to his beginning loyalty of 5. Thats why in standard back in Kaladesh Felidar Guardian was banned because it went infinite with Saheeli Rai

The gatherer text for displacer kitten says 'Any counters on the exiled permanent will cease to exist.'' so i thought it would die

no, they come back with the original counters and its a new object. you can also activate the ability again. Example you first do the -3, then blink it and comes back with 5 counters and do the +2
