i don't get it, why are you double prompting Mark?? 3:36 and 6:07. is it for adherence purposes? with this logic you should be consistent and double prompt every single agent but i don't see you doing that? and you didnt explain why you deleted this 7:50. it seems more complicated than it should be since you didnt explain these little things.
It is hard to tell in this video because my knowledge base is so basic. But basically the one in the settings when creating the agent is the knowledge base and the one in the flow is the prompt. I have another video on this topic coming out very soon so stand by.
