However because the Colts were absolutely ravaged by injuries yet still in the playoff hunt, maybe Peyton felt like he needed to keep playing. We all saw what happened the following season with Indianapolis when he was out for the year. That shows how strong his competitive spirit and desire was, he was determined to carry the Colts into the playoffs and have another crack at the Super Bowl after coming up short the season prior.

The games that Collie actually played showed the crazy year 2 he was having but injuries ended that. Clark had 100 catches the year before and while Tamme was alright he wasn’t the same player Clark was. Also Garçon that year was super inconsistent, while Wayne really the only good recover they had that could beat 1 on 1 consistently.

The game clock doesn’t run during a PAT. Since it’s a PAT and not an actual play the clock stays the same.
