3/13+ axles and v1 gktech spacers work the same, but its honestly better & cheaper to run the 3/13+. m37x's work too when you're super low. It was an annoying week of troubleshooting lmao
Someone had mentioned it in the g37 sedan Facebook group and had also experimented with the m37x axles He wasn’t able to run the m37 at swift drop because they were too long and needed the car towed so he switched to the 3/13+ and said that solved it
I know this videos a couple months old. But i saw the same guy experiment with the trakmotive axles and have decided to do it myself as im on swifts in my 13x sedan and my axle just went out. For what its worth after doing my own research before buying it appears the thru 2/13 axles were 591 mm long and the axles for the from 3/13 showed 590 mm on rockauto so actually the 13 axles are 1 mm shorter for sedans. Specifically looking at rock autos website the from 3/13 axles that are 590 mm says specifically fr awd sedan. The trakmotive ones the guy recommended that are 601mm just say fr awd. Leading me to believe that the 601mm axles are from the 3/13+ coupes we’ll see how it works for me
@@NoLimitsNoRegretz unfortunately can confirm. I did order the axle but long story short its not installed. The tech i had install it screwed with something else when installing that ended up making a clicking noise that i thought at first was the axle binding so i put another stock length one in before coming to the realization it wasnt the axle and was something else he shouldnt have messed with. I dont see why it shouldnt work as long as you dont mess with what my tech did
Unfortunately no drop will be good on the axles but you can get the longer 3/13+ axles to help mitigate if you have a mild drop and m37x axles if you slam the car
Here we go: Trakmotive X Sedan front left: Part Number: NI-8661 X Sedan front right: Part Number: NI-8649 This info was relayed to me by someone on the G sedan group who found that the 3/13+ axles are 10mm longer than the 2/13- axles 👍
Men! Always with the best secret advice..
Great advice and details
At least im out here trying to help get you guys info, instead of making zero helpful content and just criticizing others. 👍👍
@@BalancePointMedia you're right - I withdraw my comment - keep putting out this good content bro

Was it you in the group who found the trakmotives? It was a good find!
@@BalancePointMedia yea, im gonna make a video about it so us X guys don't have to struggle anymore
@@spraggavqawesome! Will sub to you looking forward to it and great work with all that R&D on the axles 🙌
So if I just want to do kyb struts and swift springs Id have to look at getting longer axles for the front?
Drop the vid😭 i need to be pointed in the right direction. Axle is getting worse
Where did you find the date for when axles were upgraded? Mine was made on 04/13 so I think I’m in the clear regarding axle.

New question. I have a shake ever sense I lowered it. (On swift springs) Only on hard acceleration from a stop and stops after 3-4k rpm
Did you ever figure out why
When you have to rethink your car mods because you live in a failing state...
I mean yeah CA is a shitty state to mod cars in but that had zero factor in why I took the springs off lol
Why is Buddy interrupting you so much 😂

So the 601mm axles are only available for the coups? Not for the 3/13+ sedans ?
If so can the couple axles fit on the sedans?
@@chico2x181 yes. I believe the 601 mm axles are from a coupe and thats what people are installing to fix it
When are you getting those HFC installed?
We're having trouble finding a mechanic who wants to touch the rust without ripping us off lol. We'll figure it out eventually
I’m only finding ones with a length of 627mm?!?
What’s a good drop for awd models to not cause to much wear on axles etc.?

@@BalancePointMedia So basically were just stuck with monster truck fitment?

So this is more of an awd issue?
The front axles under extra stress? Yes, specifically for the AWD.
part number for axles please
