When I was a kid, My granddad & my two sisters & I would cut them like French Fries fry them & make a dipping sauce, made with just a homemade warm glaze with cinnamon & and occasionally, we'd add pumpkin spice to the glaze.

Lovely sweet potatoes but that oil and sugar is certainly not going to do you or anyone else any good. So glad I don't eat that way any more. They would be just as good baked or airfried with a little cinnamon.
