粵語 | 冬菇白蘿蔔炆豆腐卜 | 簡單家常菜 | Braised Daikon Radish With Shiitake Mushroom & Tofu Puff

Ingredients:
6 dried shiitake mushrooms
1/2 lb tofu puff
1 daikon radish
1 shallot
5-8 ginger slices
1 scallion
mushroom water (about 3/4 cup)
1 pot of water (to blanch tofu puff)
1 tbsp oil (to start up the wok)
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 cups water
1/2 tsp mushroom dark soy sauce
dash of mushroom powder
1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
cornstarch slurry (ratio - 1 tsp cornstarch : 3 tsp water)
1 tsp sesame oil
Mushroom marinate:
1/3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oil

1/2 磅 豆腐卜 (油豆腐)
1 條 白蘿蔔
1 個 紅蔥頭
5-8 塊 薑片
1 棵 蔥
冬菇水 (大概 3/4 杯)
1 鍋 水 (豆腐卜飛水)
1 湯匙 油 (起鍋)
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1-2 杯 水
1/2 茶匙 草菇老抽
少許 冬菇粉
1 茶匙 素蠔油
粟粉水 (比例 - 1 茶匙粟粉 : 3 茶匙水)
1 茶匙 麻油
醃冬菇:
1/3 茶匙 糖
1/2 茶匙 油
