    Hello, Mam.
    Rda is the minimum requirement to prevent normal diseases. But RDA has nothing to do with chronic degenerative diseases. If we have to prevent chronic degenerative diseases then we need these nutrients in optimal levels which can be 8to 10 times of RDA. And 1 egg yolk only contains 37IU of vitaminD. Would like to hear from you as well.

    Mam i wants to tell u some thing .my daughter have pcos .morning time she is taking cinnamon 1inch fenugreek seed 1pinch and ajwain 1 pinch infuse water .and night time i was giving her haldee ginger 1 pinch black pepper and lemon kahwa .her periods absolutely comming every month .but ths month. nt coming .so i stop every thing just started moringa 1/2tsp moringa after 10th day she has period .i heard haldee increasing testerone .thts why i stop it .so conclusion is every thing moderation is good .
