I fucked up. I learnt a lot. It's nice to have good friends around to support you. Alencar & Marius. Cheers guys!
Here's what happened:
I was a beginner. I could feel that the wing was starting to move forward, which would result in a launch. The height scared me. I stalled the wing in panic to bring myself back on the rock. I didn't realize that I could've just flown down in super stable wind, and land nice and easy on the beach. Instead, I scored a lot of bruises and got myself a small but really deep wound in my elbow. A lot of blood and drama, but no longterm injury. I guess I was lucky.
The helmet saved me from a bad concussion or worse. I got to know limits the hard way! 🔞
