      Please, learn the differences between your, and you are or you're. Yes, your and you're sound the same, however when written your and you're have completely different unrelated meanings and usages; this is early grammar school stuff. Writing your for you're is an all too common spelling and grammar error. Remember, when writing your that which follows belongs to the person you are writing to. In your sentence the word an does not belong to the person you are writting to. Truly, it makes a difference.

      Don’t be a grammar queen. Be nice. If you have nothing nice to say about the topic. Maybe you’ve fallen in the wrong channel.

      Thank you ms.4328 for taking time out for me . While i am aware of the difference, i at times become complacent and dont always proof read. Ill continue to work on it. Thank you and have a great rest of your lady day

    Very informative video. I have used the Sno Seal product on leather hiking boots over the years. One application each winter and your good for the entire year. I have a thick canvas River Boonie hat that I am going to waterproof with the Sno Seal. Hope that project turns out well. Thanks for the demonstration. - Tennessee Smoky

    HELL YES! Fantastic information and wonderful presentation. I've been reluctant to use the wax bar and wooden paddle applicator...NOW, I don't have to!! How about rucksack's, shirts, pants. etc...? ...Paused the video and ordered a 2-pack of Sno Seal off Amazon...$14.99...can't wait to try it out. 🙂

      I’ve not tried it in any nylons nor Cordora. But it could work. But citing materials are perfect. This son seal really works well. Along with leather.

    I like everything about the Tilley Wanderer except the price, $100.00 at REI. Love my old boonie hats, but sometimes I want to avoid the military look.

      Where I live, 7000' in Arizona, the sun can be brutal. At 65, I have taken to wearing a brimmed hat. I like the wanderer, I should probably just pull the trigger with the understanding that there is no perfec hat.

    6:00 ah yes the ole-baseball-cap-trick. Problem with the baseball cap is "not-right-bright" folks put the bill of the cap backwards, then they hold their hands over their eyes. Dumb is as dumb does.

    Great video! I used your idea on my dogs carhartt bed. I used a small crack pot to put the sno seal in, and melted it down to a liquid in the crock pot. Then I used a paint brush to apply the product to the dog bed. Some places have more wax than others, and some places will absorb water instead of repelling it. So my question is, how do you decide when you have enough product on your work?

    • @mikebox
      @mikebox  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I paint it on. The take out a heat gun or hot hair dryer and heat up the area I’ve painted in the snow seal. Apply more in the spots that lack the wax.
