Your Yeti's are adorable! I love how you changed the mouth and the variegated yarn makes them so much fun. I have the book on my birthday wish list this year. Your hats are super cute. I love seeing all of the different ones that you have been making. I am attempting your embroidered eyes on a current project. I am hoping that they will work out. The project is made with the Chenille Home Slim and so far it is not too bad in attempting the eyes, but concerned that the is going to be a gap in the stitches. I need to find some uninterrupted time to sit with it and give it the attention it needs to make it look right. It is a gift to my daughter's troop leader. So I have to have it done by next Friday. Fingers crossed. I am so glad your vlog popped up on my TH-cam list. You are inspiring and encouraging me to keep going in my crochet projects. Thank you for all that you do!

I am hooked on your podcasts. I love making hats and have been giving them away for a few decades. When my son was small we lived in a poor neighborhood but I loved it. I taught myself to knit and crochet came from seeing kids without mittens and hats since then I have been making tons to give to food panties. I had watched a few podcasts where they had glued the eyes on andi like his you sew them on. Anyway like said I am hooked . Take care

I work during the week so when my daughter and husband go to bed, I stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights. It my “me time”. I’ll craft during this time and catch up on TV.
You sound like me. I def did that way more when kiddos were little, but now I can pretty much work all day or night, lol. Not sure if that's always a good thing, lol. But I feel like it is. haha.

As far as wanting to make one thing but needing to make another I can really feel you as I am market prepping flowers and all I want to be making is bags lol I am excited to see you transition your business to more patterns rather than just selling product. Did your kids ever want to help you with your business when they were growing up?
Thank you for the music recommendation you were totally right. I really do appreciate you! The struggles are real with your makes. I try to always make time for the things I want to make versus what I have to make. Although when I get busy come Sept Oct it may be different, lol. I have always tried to get my kids to help me. At one point they made cat toys with my scraps and a pom pom maker. They would sell 3 in a bag for a $1. I made a sign and would ask customers if they had cats because my kids made them, lol. My daughter would make bracelets too. My daughter will also sometimes help me braid my hats. She also likes to help sell the hats at markets and take payments. Now that my son is 5"11 and 200 lbs he is my muscle for markets. He helps me load and unload my van for shows. Do you have kids? Do they help?
That’s amazing! I have 2 step children and 1 on the way. They are 4, and 2 so to young to help but the 4 year old is taking interest in crocheting so that’s exciting! I hope one day they will want to make stuff for shows too! The cat toys are a really cute idea!
I love seeing all your new makes! The Yetis are super cute with the variegated yarn.❤ I grew up in WV and went to UC. Have you been to New River Gorge in WV? It’s about 4.5 hrs from Cinci. White water rafting, horseback riding, zip lining, fishing…it’s beautiful there but maybe farther than y’all want to go? Thanks for another great video!🥰

I like seeing all the projects you are working on. They are different from the usual plushies. I’m addicted to those MMM knotted loveys, too. They go pretty fast and look so cute. I’ve made several so far. Might have to get that mini cat one.

Have y’all visited the Hocking Hills area yet? It’s very popular in southeast Ohio (Logan) - I’m from the area…beautiful caves with a couple special spots including a swimming hole & waterfall…and zip lining. Plus, Logan is a cute town not too far from the even better town of Athens (I’m from Athens county)…lots of restaurants, microbreweries, winery, and nature nature nature! I've been watching your videos too. I love your sweaters so much! I might have to order one, lol. I was watching the video of you while I was sitting in the car waiting on my son in an interview and you were talking about how you like to break out in song, and you were cracking me up. My daughter sings and I know when someone is singing, they are happy, and I love that. You have such great energy.

I love all your loveys so much, I bought the book! So excited to make them! How much do you sell them for? I’ve never made loveys before, but make lots of other amigurumi.
I've sold a few so far. The mini for $45 and I'm thinking $55 - $60 for the larger size from the book.
I have the book as well but I’m like procrastinating lol
