@@Cameron-ii4mv don't be scared, I just got back and it was very chill. I was very anxious but they accommodated me well and offered me a hot drink. Just dress well, I thought I was going over the top for wearing a black skirt and blouse but I saw a guy wearing a suit, but most of the questions were pretty predictable but I got asked, what would u do if we ordered 50 doughnuts and got 500 by accident, a bit random but I said I would probably recommend a deal, tempt customers into buying them and if most don't sell, send them to one of the greggs stores that sell stock from the day before for a reduced price. It has a name but I forgot. This was a very weird question so u might not get it but all the questions I got were covered online and in this video :) hope ur interview goes well, good luck!

What do customers expect to see when they come to greggs? What is good customer service? Give an example of a time you provided excellent customer service? What does it mean to be hardworking and why is hardworking good? Give an example of a time you were hardworking? What is a time you increased sales from your past work experience? Give an example of when you were a team-leader What do you think this job entails? Describe a time where you helped someone new at the workplace?
