I love you talking about ADHD and mental health struggles! It’s so important to know that there is a MEDICAL REASON why your brain and behaviour is the way it is, it’s NOT YOU and you’re not defective. It’s how you’re wired and getting medication or therapy or anything like that can help you feel more in control and regulated is not something to be ashamed of at all. Similarly with sexuality - there’s a whole sliding scale of how straight or gay or asexual you are. Normalize not knowing, being curious, and experimenting and accepting people for wherever they are on the scale.
And yes! Don’t compromise on your relationship dealbreaker boxes.

the adhd part is so real, everybody seems like theyre doing okay w school and work and everything and as someone who most likely has adhd but isn’t diagnosed, it sucks that the system isn’t made for us but it does help that it’s not necessarily my fault
