Quite correct; My father has moon in Ashlesha 1st pada. He has 3 sons and 2 daughters and the same number of brothers and sisters. Both of my grandmothers have Moon here in. 1st and 3rd pada (they have 3 and 4 sons; both have two daughters) and my (middle) daughter has ascendant here in same 1st pada with Venus.

Very nice explanation and interestingly all the general traits you have mentioned Of ashlesha nakshatra are applicable on me being born in ashlesha as ascendent 28.50 deg (with no planet in ashlesha) but in video 44.34 min what you have specifically mentioned about a person born in 4 th pada of ashlesha nakshatra is not applicable infact the opposite of that has happened my father career grew ×2 after my birth and I enjoy cordial relations with my father also , sir are there any exceptions of the predictions you have made for 4th pada ???
Yes, exceptions will there with planet in Pisces Navamsa or Jupiter’s condition in Navamsa.

But his career is bit problematic. He is in job but having a good family business owned by his father. Job is really problematic at both mental level and monetary level. Should he join family business? Will it be better for him and his finances? As you said that positive ashlesha trait is following family values and lineages. Kindly suggest. 🙏🏻
