Doogee x96 Smart Phone

This is a big screen for a phone, yet the device still feels nice and compact and very light. The backshell is an attractive Turquoise Blue colour and mad of a pretty sturdy plastic and the phone is supplied with a screen protector fitted. Access to the SIM slots and the TF card slot is by snapping off the backshell, this is reassuringly stiff to do but even my elderly fingers managed it without too much trouble. The phone will accommodate a Nano SIM, a Micro SIM and a TF card at the same time. If you want to use the TF card as external storage you will need a fast goo quality one and up to 256 GB is possible. I used two nano SIMs by putting the second SIM in a nano to micro adapter.
The screen is good, operation as an eReader is great. The cameras are pretty good and have a night mode and a Macro lens for those really close up shots of flowers, insects and so on.
Its a budget phone but with and Oct Core CPU and 4GB of RAM its pretty nippy and reception for both phone, mobile data and WiFi are all pretty good as if the GPS function for use as a Satnav.
