@@Mr.Playlistsbecause the league winners seeded rule were only invented recently.. Back then it's all about accumulation in 5 years of coefficient points.. If in the last 5 years your team play shi* in europe or didn't even qualified then you might belong to pot 4 even if you won the league~

No chance all the teams are terrible in comparison to their previous teams in the last 3 decades. Only Newcastle is more or less prime. But Dortmund AC Milan are terrible in comparison to their best. PSG are terrible aswell.

There was also a group consists of Napoli, Arsenal, Dortmund, Marseille. I forgot which season that is, I think its 2012 where Higuain first season at Napoli. Dortmund, Arsenal, Napoli all have 12 point. Marseille have 0, and Napoli got knocked out.

man, man utd had 2nd place at the group and beat their first place groupmate and WON THE TREBLE
The group stages will come back at one point, can't be forever. I give it 5-10 years cause the games are too much and players will start sitting out the games against lesser opps and will reduce the quality of games. Don't know what UEFA was thinking going from 6-8 games 💀. Imagine not making the top 16 and you have to play extra games again to qualify for the round of 16, that format can't last for long.
Even as a fan, the games are too much and will lost most people's interest in it.
Man what about Dortmund, Arsenal, Napoli ans Marseille where the first three finished even with 12 pts each in 2013???

Forgot about 2013/14 Arsenal, Napoli, Dortmund and Marseille. Napoli finished the group with 12 points, just like bvb and arsenal, and finished 3rd
Ofc we face Tonali just after we sold him, now we will see which team is better. My opinion is.. i think Borussia would peobably slip again, just like they did last season in bundesliga and UCL, and they are bad under pressure, so i see them coming 4th. Now, we have Newcastle, who is a team who is either very good or last season was just a luck, we will see, as europe is different then prem. So i see Newcastle finishing 1st. Now we have PSG, which is kinda hard to predict, as they were bad with MNM, now, since they are gone, Mbappe will maybe push it all with PSG to win ucl, and transfers which they have made and questionable, as its hard to predict, so im gonna make PSG finishing 3rd, and finally Milan. I support them, but in general, we are doing very good, just as recently, we have beaten Roma, which is good start, and we didnt really strugle againt them, but will see..Milan is good under pressure and i see them coming 1st, or in worst case scenario 3rd. For me Milan and Newcastle are 1st and second, no matter in which order. And if PSG survives, for me, they are either 3rd or 2nd. To note it out, its just my opinion after all.

This year IS the best of all time I think. Al 4 teams are from europe top 5 leagues, with each having a chance. in all the other groups at least 1 team had no chance. Even 2012, there was Ajax who at the time weren't really that good.
