Not gonna lie, I actually prefer this remake, over the vastly more weird & surreal original!
And no, before anyone chimes in with their assumption/assertion that, based purely on a few words on a screen, they know me & know my life, it’s _not_ simply because I didn’t understand the original, or am too stupid to’ve got its nuances etc. etc. blah blah blah! _I got it!_ I bought the dvd box set because I enjoyed & understood it so very deeply; deeply enough, in point of fact, that I can, with authority, declare as vastly more weird & surreal than this remake!
That being said, I also bought the dvd box set for this remake because, having watched _and understood_ both shows, I simply prefer the remake; I still love the original, I just *_prefer_* this remake!
This was based on the "prisoner" from the 60's. Pretty sure.

... heaven? Plz. The great part of this is that Caviezel is also the protagonist of Person of Interest, a secret agent like The OG Prisoner's lead star was (which is used as a theory as to why they were imprisoned)
He also played Jesus in the Passion of the Christ. So technically, it could link him to a heavenly character?

This is based off a 1960s British show of the same name. The original was way better because of the time it was released and the setting was way better.
