Totally on board with Aidan's suggestion of getting rid of the upstairs kitchen and utilising the huge space downstairs. I would make only two generous bedrooms upstairs and still retain a living room. For the cantinas, I would knock an opening between the two to utilise the space better. Guessing that a steel beam would be required to support the structure. Curious about the outside space, who can use it etc
Some houses guide you to their full potential. This is one of those. Ground floor, living room, dining, kitchen with laundry and bath as Aiden has suggested. 1st floor, needs a reconfiguration of spaces again Aiden is spot on. My only addition to his suggestion would be a primary ensuite and a family bath. Restructuring the stairs may lead to some additional found space for room reconfiguration. Loads of potential lower levels. For the overall space available the price is excellent . Lucky the ones who snap this one up.
That's a lot of property for the money. When you first showed the downstairs kitchen I thought it was all going to be a dump but the rest of the house is quite presentable.
I like the house as it is! Other than updating windows and floors. I would use the main level for workout area, my business, office, etc. I don’t see it needing a whole renovation in my opinion.
Does the bit of land outside the cantinas belong to the house? Would be nice to have a barbecue area and dining. If it's public are you allowed to tidy it up? This house is very interesting, and I agree with Fiorella, the upstairs oven is a wonderful feature, I'd bake bread and pizza every day!
Really like this. With it being a historical property, I imagine there will be restrictions in what you can do to amend the internal structure. Even if structural alterations are not possible, I am sure it can make someone a lovely property
Hi I did like the music and panoramic views and about the building the be a lot work to be done but I do like the historical style thanks 👍🙏👋🍻from Buckland western Australia
Your videos have opened my eyes to another, more affordable solution to my life kong dream of living in Italy. I'm certain we'll meet sooner rather than later. Thank You So Much🎉
I disagree. I'd make two self contained, one bedroom apartments. They already have separate lockable entrances, kitchen and bathroom facilities... plus the rental income opportunity makes better sense. You could still holiday here and rent out the other or accommodate friends and family with the extra private apartment.

I’d keep the downstairs room with the exercise equipment as the living room and use the kitchen area as all kitchen and dining. With three bedrooms upstairs plenty of room for me and guess that I don’t wanna stay too long.
Nice space, but so much exposed wire, some of it is not fully wrapped - that needs to be dealt with, either replaced or hidden with some kind of chase...
Hi. It would have to be like most people in town, on the street parking. Car parks are not that common in the historical centres. Some people may rent out their garage, that's what some of our neighbours do. I know it's not what we're used to coming from countries where we have more space but that's how it is unless a property is on the outskirts of town
Honestly, this house is going to take at least €25,000 - €55,000 to update. So the real question is, what can you purchase for €65,000 which is what you will need to pay in total for it to be livable. Unless you are good with your hands and can do all the work yourself. I guess another question is will the building laws allow you to do the work yourself? So what would be the appeal to purchasing this property? As you said, it's a great view. The rest of the house would require to be totally gutted and rebuilt. There is also work that needs to be done on the outside as well. I would install new balconies and make them much larger. After all the selling point is the view and the best way to take advantage of that would require outdoor space.
This is beautiful I’m assuming I have to pay taxes on it if I buy it so if I pay cash for it right now, do I get permanent residency so I can live in a year-round or what’s the purpose of buying it then?
It is cute with lots of possibilities but needs lots of renovation.. Thank you 🎉

What potential! This is so beautiful with some of the original features. This was a delightful tour!
How beautiful this house right in the heart of a small village, my dream!
I love Aiden's ideas. Perfect for this house.
I loved this house, it has so many interesting features and great potential
Thank you.... been with you all from the beginning
How fun it would be to stroll out the door of the kitchen and select fresh herbs for cooking!!

Grazie da Texas come sempre. Sono d’accordo Aiden. Una casa grande - 3 camere su e una camera cucina soggiorno giù.
It is just fine as it is! Just clear everything out and reintroduce furniture to suit each room and your own needs.
Im actually in love with this house! There’s so much potential. Thanks for sharing

A lot of fixing, if only I was young but I’m too old now to do such hard work yes, it can be real nice once renovated.
Great potential love the entrance and huge room downstairs with views

So Much🎉
Our pleasure!
Nice video of this home. If I need a home in Italy I'll be sure to call Rossinni & Co. Good Luck!
I would keep the 2 different living spaces. Live downstairs and rent out the top floor, with some adjustments of course.
This could be a great house. I like it!
Molte Grazie Rossinni !
Prego
Definitely needs a lot of improvements in every space but has so much potential. Love it!
Quite a project
Lovely house!

Aiden has the future plan well thought out
does the house include any land at all? thanks!
Nice house 🎉
I want to see when it is finished

Great potential.
Very nice
I always see you showing the sea. My question is how cold is the water there. Is it worm like the ocean in Florida or cold like Japan.
Really enjoying your videos. Without a garage, where/how do people store their cars when they are away for extended periods of time?

Please tell me does this town have public transport to get to the sea? Also does 'cantina' mean storage?
Put a lift in🎉
Are these GRANITE flooring? It may have radon and if so, you may wanna change to regular tiles. Pls check about Granite since it's built many yrs ago
Do you think this home could support a lift either inside or attached to the outside?
I don't know Beth. I think an engineer would need to assess that
Floor caving in is probably the least wrong with it. Get ready to spend 50k immediately
Love this house? Is it still available?
Hi. It is
I wondr is there any privet gardenplace ?
I would love to buy something in this area…..how do I do this?
Too many electrical wires exposed.
🎉🎉🎉,👏👏👍👍
Could you replace the stairs with an elevator?
Probably. Would need a professional to assess
Is there any outdoor space or is it all public use?
Any land with it/garden?
I believe it can be acquired at an extra $
Needs a fair amount of work. Those stairs are STEEP. The layout is bizarre, not very functional. Its only advantage? Cheap.
