Butter Cake / How to make super moist butter cake

  • Butter Cake
    Ingredients:
    250g Salted butter
    160g caster sugar
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    230g self-raising flour
    50ml fresh milk
    Method:
    1. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla extract, beat until light.
    2. Add egg, one egg at a time and beat until well combined. Beat well until creamy for each addition of egg. Use spatula and scrape down the side for even mixing.
    3. After well combine, add 1 tbsp flour and beat well. and add the last egg and beat until well combined.
    4. Add the flour and milk alternately and beat well to combine.
    5. Pour the mixture into 7" lined and greased baking tin.
    6. Bake in preheated oven 150 C for 50 minutes.
