- Special thanks to Jack Moore (A.K.A. LT80) for providing the needed weights. I used his advice on other's questions on forums.
What an improvement! I'm so glad I did this. I did not expect an improvement as big as 23%. Now the acceleration is 5,7 m/s², or 0,6 G's! I'm happy with this. Maybe the shoes can even be a little lighter (~175g) to improve takeoff even further, but I ride it a lot and I weigh about 75kg, so I think this is best.

hi
that it is the brand of the exhaust.
THANKS
I am doing the same thing on my lt 80 right now. Did you drill the holes through the shoes or how did you get them to 180g
As seen in the video, I drilled blind holes in the shoes to remove material. Please remove material in the right places to not comprimise on the strength of the shoes.
@@Mdsoebee where is the right place on the shoe? Are they still strong enough?
Add perform exhaust and pipe, GET EVEN MORE
Werkt dit ook voor een Suzuki ltz 90
Ja, maar het kan zijn dat de gewichten van de rolletjes en schoenen anders moeten zijn dan voor de LT80. Dus even goed onderzoek doen op het internet!
Good friend, could you help me how to remove the nut from the clutch since it turns everything thanks
What size drill did you use for those holes on the clutch arms?
I think 10mm
Does it also add top speed?
Not much, top speed is mostly limited by engine rpm (in my case)
Good friend, could you help me how to remove the nut from the clutch since it turns everything thanks
You can either carefully clamp it in a vice or to a table (like i did) or you can use an impact driver with a 32mm socket. Let me know if it worked!
It's reverse threads
They top out at 27 stock.
No, it goes way faster than 27 km/h stock.
@@Mdsoebee27 mph
Is the front roller left thread
No, only the 32mm nut on the clutch is left thread
