My theory is that it helps new audience if one of the cast still reacts to things as if it’s their first time on. It may come off as jarring if every cast member thinks that food that looks bad is gonna be good, so they do this on purpose.

I find it hilarious that the casserole had Amanda doing the “happy food dance”, but as soon as tuna was mentioned, it was the worst thing ever.
It's almost like she has decided that she didn't like tuna in one dish, and thus doesn't like it in any dishes.
@@Stroyer123 Conditioning is a hell of an influence. When I was like 10-ish, I got food poisoning from one of those big black-and-white iced cookies. It was (and remains) one of the worst pains I've ever had. I couldn't eat those black-and-white cookies again for over a decade, and it took me nearly as long to even be able to *look* at one without a visceral aversion.

I finally figured it out I'm 46 years old a single father whose kid doesn't live with me I really like watching smosh and I couldn't figure out why but I think I just did I enjoy watching these young adults and they make me laugh just like my crazy kid. For those who are wondering: Moxie is a soda that was produced in 1876 in Massachusetts and has a taste similar to root beer, but with a bitter aftertaste due to the gentian root extract. It’s the official state soda of Maine, so much so that there is a Moxie festival held the 2nd weekend each July in Lisbon, Maine.
I should have looked for this comment before I wrote an almost identical one, but it's great to see it get a bit of exposure haha. I don't know how they got it in CA!

I’ve suggested this before but why not once more:
Musical Chairs EIOYI- Played like regular musical chairs, the loser who doesn’t get a chair gets that rounds dish and the overall winner gets what ever the Big Bite is despite being good or bad. Could be fun, could be a big mistake. Nobody knows! Also has Courtney ever made the dishes? That could be fun. It would also be fun to see Damien make German dishes or even have Amanda make Portuguese dishes.
