"Divine Princess of Destiny" Zelda's Lullaby Orchestral Remix

After a very long time (several years) of dreaming about this project, I finally made an extended cover of Princess Zelda's Theme (Zelda's Lullaby) featured in most of the Legend of Zelda games. Since Link to the Past was the first version of this theme in the series (and also the first version I heard) there are several movements that are an homage to that game. But this arrangement also includes nuances, harmonies and motifs from the OoT and TP versions of her theme in addition to the LttP ones. I also added bunch of my own variations.
I wanted it to be as delicate, mathematically precise and dreamy as a ballet, because I feel that Zelda's every word and movement would be like something in a dream. The way her skirts swish as she turns around. Her delicate footfalls. Her laugh is like wildflowers and her tears are like echoes in the halls of a sublime temple. The strings are the velvet of her gown and the woodwinds are the lilt of her song and softness of her gaze. The harp is her countenance and the ethereal metals are dust caught in golden beams of light spilling from the grand, painted windows of Hyrule Castle.

This song always finds a soft spot in my heart, no matter how many times I hear it, no matter how many different versions of it exist, it'll always be timeless and graceful. I love your take on this masterpiece, the vocals are very powerful and perfectly made.

Zelda's lullaby is so calming. It makes me so happy and warm on the inside. Even though I start sobbing on the inside every time I hear it, that won't stop me from listening to it repeatedly. Its a masterpiece
I guess it brushes against some very tender and precious, but very intense emotions. That's a very painful feeling for sure - but also beautiful.
and gets better when you know if you reverse the lullaby it becomes in the skywardsword theme
Zelda's Lullaby is one of those songs that just stays with you forever. Your version is so beautiful and soothing. A really great tribute to one of the greatest of princesses!

The opening to this piece struck me softly.
I have literally been whistling this melody along with 3 or 4 others from the same game for 25 years. My first Nintendo games were Gyromite and Duck Hunt, with the R.O.B. robot accessory that came with the NES and they were ok at the time, nothing life changing. But my 3rd game was The Legend of Zelda..... and it DID change everything. Nothing like a couple of your best buddies coming over when youre out for a snow day and its cold outside but inside its warm and we sit there and play Zelda. It didnt matter who had the controller, it was just the experience of being on an adventure. In 1986 this was state of the art technology that no one had seen. It was quite an upgrade from Pong and PacMan. Mario Bros and Zelda set the standard way back then. Now Im 44 years old, I have young children and I still love playing video games.. Except now Im playing Red Dead Redemption and Cyberpunk 2077 and Spiderman and of course, BOTW. The melodies from Zelda games will stay etched in your memory forever.

I remember 17 years ago when we went into the house of a High School's friend and we played some N64 games. One of them was Ocarina of Time. Since this time I loved its soundtrack and it got me in love with the workd made by Koji Kondo for this and the other games from this franchise.

a part of me wants to go back and play ocarina of time on the ol' n64 (for the first time in many years since i was a child) another part of me wants to cry because of the beauty in this rendition of zelda's lullaby and a bit of me wants to fall asleep because of the love and warmth i feel when listening to this that feels somehow... familiar...

If someone told me that I could only ever play one game for the rest of my life, OoT is definitely what I'd choose- and that's saying something, because ostensibly nothing in that game is a mystery to me anymore and I've played through more times than I can recall.
I wonder if it's possible for anything to be perfect, but this is very close to flawless. You are very versatile, but I think with this song you are in your element!

this orchestral arrangement blows me away with how many instruments you were able to incorporate, it just sounds so lovely and the added touches of fitting in all the different versions of the song across games is such a nice touch hits me right in the nostalgia

When Oot came out,I was barely three years old and my dad played it with me sitting on his lap. Once he was done,I made him restart. Over and over. Eventually,the strategy guide had to be fixed with tape due to my habit of reading it all the time even though I had memorized every word in it. I can't recall how many times I played the game myself since then.
When Impa teaches Link the song,she tells him that he must not forget it. I certainly never will.
And I am glad to know that others care about it as much as I do. Thank you^^

It appears that besides being seen a princess she could be described an excellent muse as well. But who made this dream tangible , if not true, when not you? Articluating this in the sense of "Hello, it`s me again" appears to be something resemblingly fascinating on its own. To me at least. Quite intruiging rendition of this already iconic theme.

Very nice! It seems the Twilight Princess versions provide more material for development than the LttP and OoT ones. It reminds me of the Twilight Symphony / Hero of Time arranging (Eric Buchholz) a bit.
