- Buddhists in Uganda are now rolling out more in the communities to help people understand their teachings of wellness and meditation. The Buddhist monks who say that they were misunderstood by many when they had just come to Uganda are now using charity as a way of reaching out to the people to change the negative mindset towards them

I sat a 3 month silent mediation retreat that was co-lead by Venerable Bhante Bhuddarakita in America recently. He’s a hilarious and great man. It’s great to see the seeds of Buddhism being planted in Africa.

I meditate every day, waking up at 4:30 AM, meditating for half an hour(I practice kasina meditation by focus on geen circle). Swipe to exercise and then go to work. An on Saturday and Sunday, after finish a meal, l take a 45-minute to practice a walk meditation for digesting and not upset your stomach and for practice mindfulness.
To let go, exercise and eat well. Your life is perfect, your physical and mental health is well

4-Keep the Sabbath day special.

If you broke one of the 10 commandments of The Almighty God then that makes you a sinner everyone on earth has broken his commandments that's why we all need Jesus.

It is good to see Buddhism start to spring up in Africa such as Uganda, South Africa and Botswana. Buddhism teaches us the way of life, nature and self reliance based on Karma and its effects. Moreover it helps us to create peace within ourself, society and the world. Eventually it could lead to understand suffering and cause of suffering and help us escaping from the circle of life known as the Samsara that is the cause of endless birth and death.
