Car spaces. Is there an error here? The chairperson says there are "only 5 spaces that belong to us" then later says 4 spaces are to be allocated as priority parking (for the sales team, I believe), then 3 for visitors and 2 to be allocated to Sue and Jason. So, 9 spaces in total?

my palms are sweating, everyone is talking too fast and make side convos..I cant understand some the words they say due to the accent..AAAHHH I am an unemployed person that want to develop new skills and one of them is to take meeting minutes..I didn't realize how hard it is :(
