Its actually pretty good, its a bit subdued and grown up. And fan theory: Axel's daughter's Mother is Axel foley's love interest from BH III ,cause the timeline between BH III and Axel F fits cause his daughter is 32

UK here.. i was born 1980 so, i grew up with these movies. if we did not see them in the cinema, because we only had 4 channels, we had to wait 4-5 years from release, to then go to video stores (like block buster) then they would show them on Sky movies. after that we would get to see movies on our TV. we got some early but mainly that is how it was. so a lot of movies like Predator, Robocop, Terminator ect, i was like 10 when i got to see most of these movies. basically the right age imo. as for this movie, it was good to see them all back together. even Surge lol.. i enjoyed it for what it was. deffo better than number 3 ayway..

I always carried around the Beverley Hills Cop tape, along with my Gremlin doll when I was 7 years old. I'll watch any cheesy sequel from the 80's. I enjoyed this movie as much as Cobra Kai. If they ever make The Breakfast Club sequel, I will have died a happy man...💯

I enjoyed the movie. It wasn't the best BHC but it was a great nostalgic ride.

It's about as good as BHC2.
9:00 Eddie Murphy's real-life daughter is on the right.
    13:59 His real-life son-in-law tases him.

Sequel should be “Detroit Cops”. Taggert and Rosewood go to Detroit to help Foley and see how things are there.

It was not bad. The only thing basically is the production quality, its just not up to par with the older stuff that was shot on film with probably much more professional crew & more money. You could see like horribly blown out white shirts etc. The overall look is just cheap. The actual movie was surprisingly ok. Like better than any of the new ghostbusters or Indy attempts.

I watched it and give it a 6 or 7 out of 10. Targets character was changed till the end. Rosewood isn't in it till the last 30 mins or so. It's just lost all the magic of the original films.

@@kennethspears22here’s a fun fact: BHC3 was set in 1994 and Jane was born in 1991
So the love interest in 3 couldn’t be the mom
But it also means that in BHC3, he was a father😮

@@johnnyroche138 I noticed that, however I still say the woman from BHC3 mainly because Taylour Paige the actress who plays his daughter resembles the actress Theresa Randle from the 3rd move.

It sure quadruples my worries about retirement-funding & exploitation of low-income folks... Well, nice that #EddieMurphy at least tried.
