BBTG well explained thx, maybe add to this how BBTG is used in cutting raw shaft. I.E. a 38" 6 iron with a BBTG of 1.25 would need a shaft 36.75 for a total of 38" this confuses many customers.

Hi, I live in India, but unable to access your website! It says, not permitted region. Hope you can revise that.

It should be 'Hosel Bore Depth!? When you change a shaft, the length is trimmed after installation, more so after checking the swing weight by trial and error method!

Eric Onodera Thanks....I’ve seen some from Golfworks too but I don’t want to spend that much money for one when I already have a ruler.

Your drawing on the white board is somewhat misleading. The blue angled line is to the right of the shaft. Imagine if you kept moving the line further and further right until the length becomes zero. The most correct way to define BBGM is to measure down the centerline of the shaft, but this is difficult to measure. Another more practical measurement is where the blue line (or ruler in real life) is positioned exactly at the back of the shaft (on the right side of the drawing).

my irons are now shorter because I pulled irons from clubs that had deeper hosels and now my irons are shorter lol
