Okay that nightmare vampire was quite the badass. Cleaved a troll in twain, took an arrow like a champ, then noticed, disarmed and cut through Lenny like butter.
@@JhenMaster I imagine Gopher's made that the case intentionally with mods, it helps reenforce Lenny's aversion to direct combat, and legitimizes the tactics he uses, that's just a wild theory on my part anyway
I am probably not the only one that has said this but Lenard has become quite the accomplished mage. He may not burn anything down with destruction magic or summon powerful daedric creatures with conjuration, but his mastery of illusion is on par with most if not all mages in Skyrim.
This episode have a bit of everything. Leonard whining about dungeon conditions, Indigo's perfect comedic timing, Leonard showing he's just made of paper and sass, combat efficiency so refined our heroes are casually checking rations while the enemies haphazardly try to kill each other, to Leonard's compulsion for loot coming at the constant cost of his own dismay.
45:08 That Dwemer mumbling always sounded like backwards audio to me, so I finally broke down and deciphered it. I recorded that portion of your video in Audacity and played it in reverse. The weird Dwemer voice is saying: "I think one of those [unclear] might have some relevant information. If you want them, you'll have to talk to Orthorn." That unclear word might be "volumes", but I can't quite make it out. Clever mod maker.
A perfect evening with the family, takeaway and gopher playing Skyrim. You have made our household very happy after a very difficult week. Thank you Gopher
17:02 Inigo's perfect timing strikes again :D Also, that fight with the badass Vampire Lady was so fun to watch. Seeing Leonard, who had just eliminated hordes of Falmer and creatures, get one-shot and die, was a nice reminder that he's still only human. Thank you, Gopher, for another very enjoyable episode. Perfect way to start into the weekend.
17:00 I wasn't even surprised with this perfect reply from Inigo. Perfect reply line, perfect timing... Gopher has neural interface hooked up to the Inigo script, it seems.
Instead of Leonard dying in his dreams all the time, maybe the next time Leonard "dies", you could roleplay him waking up in an inn or somewhere safe after being badly injured. Inigo saved Leonard by defeating the enemies and dragged his unconscious body to the nearest safe location. Inigo is the true hero of the story after all.. :P It reminds Leonard that he's not immortal and that Inigo is his true friend.
I mean, Leonard is a Dragonborn, so that could just an ability he has - seeing into the future. Not impossible since his soul is a shard of the god of time. This also works for Fallout characters, as long as they are not vault-dwellers whose family has been locked up in a vault since the bombs fell. Except of course they're not Dragonborn but a Psyker.
@1SaBy Yeah, it could work but we're talking about Gopher who's roleplaying Leonard... But it's up to him to decide - it's his let's play after all. And it's a great one!
A couple of minor mod suggestions: 1) Starlight - Starbright. It's a very big and slow magelight spell that floats up, Lenny will love it. 2) Stackable stones of barenziah
I'm guessing that Dwemer ruins are warded somehow. Calcelmo has an active spell looking for Centurion Dynamo Cores, but it can't detect them until someone brings them out of a dwemer ruin.
Happy New Year, so glad to see the first skyrim video of 2021!!! I didn't know if you knew this but there is a follower mod called Lucien fully voiced follower, he works with Inigo and Lydia and its hilarious. I thought of you lmaooo. Look forward to 2021 watching your vids and streams!!!
Business Idea: Leonard charges money to take people into abandoned Dwemer/Falmer/Bandit lairs. He then casts fury on the inhabitants so people can watch the resulting chaos. They can even participate by using bows, which are supplied to them for a fee. Sweetrolls are also available for a "modest" price.
Hope we get a VR Playthrough some day. Maybe 2nd channel? Most SSE mods, including LotD and Inigo, works for VR. I started a Mage and it's honestly made Skyrim so much more enjoyable.
32:55 i was kinda expecting this to happen. Legendary difficulty and Wildcat... OHKO even at that character level, even with MLU where you probably overlevel the world by a lot now. Also the situation reminds me of Dota 2 - when you chase someone for too long it never ends well...
I forget which movie, but there was a Woody Allen movie... "You know, there's a word for someone who thinks everyone is out to get them..." Woody: "Yea, observant."
For some strange magical reason that can only store emergency supplies probably or something. Gopher doesn't want to let Leonard have infinite inventory space, so lets Leonard be just distrustful enough of magical things like that to not store important items.
39:27 Maybe it's seldom ever seen female Dragons having bit of a laugh at Leonard by resetting all of this stuff, between the traps and randomly placed items in certain locations. :P
I think he was attempting to cast Invisibility with his left hand whilst focusing Fury with his right. (I.e. tapped the right mouse button whilst holding the left.)
@@Ubeogesh I just tested it; the game doesn't let you cast invisibility whilst casting any other spell. Reason being that invisibility is only triggered to drop at the start of an action. So if not for this restriction, you could start casting a spell like flames with your right hand, apply invisibility with your left hand, and continue spewing fire whilst invisible. In fact, if god mode is enabled, this message doesn't appear and you can do exactly that!
Oh lol looks like the devs overlooked putting a similar restriction in place for invisibility potions. If you have one hotkeyed (or just keep the mouse button held when exiting your inventory), you can indeed shoot fire out of your hands whilst invisible!

@Gopher, apparently because of using Convenient Horses as well as Inigo you have inadvertently bugged Inigo's horse. In your playthrough Inigo's horse has been, through a procedure much like an incorrectly used double negative, assigned to the PREY faction. This is why everything everywhere chases it: it's double aggroed as part of your party and being prey. So... it's your playthrough and you have your preferences... but IF you want to do something about it you simply have to remove it from the prey faction. I can look it up if you want but, well, so can you.
