Hope you won't judge, I came from a messed up childhood, and haven't looked back since my release over 25 years ago. Did the tour guide just said 8-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl went in prison for pickpocketing and breaking and entering?! Am I hearing this right? Why not get grounded for a month at home with their parents instead of spend time in prison?
