75w90 washer fluid is the best. Just makes the water bead of the windshield!

Good review man. 6 year owner of a 2016 wrx 415~420whp adn 350wtq, here on an upgraded turbo at around 18-19psi. the car was stock for the first year and went fbo at 30k and it currently sits at 130k miles today and still climbing. Not once had any issue on my car (*KNOCK ON WOOD LOL*). I'm still on the OEM clutch surprisingly... all my power is up top with the upgraded turbo so I'm still only making like 300wtq at 4500rpm and it peaks at 350wtq around 5600.... OEM clutch is beefy at holding power as long as it's all up top. Not one slippage or hesitation as of yet but I am trying to swap out the clutch for my final tune/revision.
I stopped by your channel because I was searching reviews on the fx350 vs fx400. I'm upping the boost with more top end at 25~26psi now that I got an aftermarket intake manifold+injectors and shooting for 475~500whp and 400wtq. I think I'm going to roll the dice on the fx400 segmented 8 puck and if the trans ever decides to go out on me, I'm swapping to the STI. Hope she can last at least a year or two before I need to dump money again into the sti swap lol.
    Enjoy your mustang!

Swapping to an STI trans might help if you really wanna run an FX clutch. I had nothing but issues with Clutch Masters after using 2 different ones. Personally i would only go back to using South Bend even though they are alittle bit more expensive, but other people i know have been fine so with Clutch masters so by all means send it.
Any way, i wish you the best of luck and i appreciate the kind words! God i miss my car sometimes LMAO

@@wideopenthrottle_tvthanks for the heads up! I hear south bend is fantastic as well. I think I am set on trying the fx400+wrx 6spd and seeing how it holds up. I know the sti trans holds power significantly better but IMO the wrx trans is much better suited for a daily with the longer gears (I could be just lying to myself tho lol).
And no prob man. You moved onto a beautiful car! Im eyeing a c6 zo6 or a c7 grand sport myself as a second car but the damn prices won’t drop 😂
Also, your car sounds amazing at the end LOL

      @@luvhcchris HAHA thanks man!
I agree c6 zo6 and zr1 are king daddy of the streets to this day IMO. hope you get your hands on one prices for everything sucks right now!
WRX trans is definitely better for daily use especially now that they moved from 5 speed to the 6. still leaves alittle bit to be desired but hell of alot better than back in the day

@@wideopenthrottle_tv I feel you! There’s a ton of c6 z’s that look unmodified and owned by older folks selling around me for like 40-45k. Higher mikes but I’m banking on the fact these are probably cars that were garage queens and only driven on Sunday’s LOL.
I do want a c7 widebody(gs/z) bc they look so damn good but the gs are still hella high rn in the mid to high 60s. Hoping they drop like 5k or so this winter. Def going to pick one up 🔥

91,000 on mine at this point and the only thing I have had to replace was the turbocharger. Was stage 2 at about 30,000 miles and have done a little bit more each year or so since. Hoping to do flex fuel next spring if the tuning shop can still do it, times are changing :( Can not blame you for taking advantage of the market and trading yours in but holding on to mine as long as I can. Have had 2 Mustangs and showing my age here first one was a 75 Mustang and it had a Pioneer 8 track player in it. Good luck with the Stang!

    Bought my wrx at 69k.
    So many problems
    Clutch
    4 Wheel bearings
    Rotors
    Brakes
    Bent Wheels
    Valve cleaning..
All in less then 8 months.
My advice. Don't ever buy a high milage subaru unless you know all the details

i mean some of those are just maintenance items that need attending to anyway. As far as wheel bearsinga though, thats kinda crazy

roughly around 30k miles. the most important thing to look for is if its stock or not. like COMPLETELY untouched
