He is much more than just a CEO. Most CEOs are very skilled Managers. This man is a founder! Someone who kicks off new ideas rather than just managing ideas of others. In this respect I see it as dangerous for Tesla, to remove him.
But sometimes this happens. The young Steve Jobs was thrown out from Apple, only to return years latrr when the vehicle was deeply stuck in the mud. Jobs turned the wheel, and the rest is history. For Musk I am sure, he will move worlds. And maybe a little time off would help him to breathe, send some peoples to mars and after that hit the electric for Teslas rise to the stars.

You can calculate how stuff is supposed to be and actually measure that it is like that. I have never heard of any Model by a Flat eather that can predict stuff *quantitatively* and has an answer to everything and covers everything. Flat earthers answer is always "It's a lie" or "it's fake". And by far the most important reason to not believe in the flat earth is that there is absolutely no reason to fake all this stuff and tell people of a spheric earth when it's actually flat. There is *no reason*.

It's no surprise his most successful company is private, when every single media outlet is spouting propaganda about Tesla and how it will fail 24/7. Thousands of petrol cars burn and explode every year, a single Tesla battery sets on fire and every American media company is covering it. They literally banned Teslas in several states, because gasoline cars can't compete, and Tesla doesn't use corrupt dealers. Tesla has far more enemies than SpaceX, the US army has to protect SpaceX because its the only American company that produces American made rockets, Tesla is threatening big oil, and nobody in the government gives half a shit about climate change, because all of them take bribes from Big oil.

The average temperature, decreases. When we move further north or further south. Of the equator. Average temperature, gets colder. If we move away, from the equator. There are many other minor factors, which need to be taken into account here. Like the height of that place(from the sea level), the terrain, local climate, local ecosystems etc. But those factors wouldn't be much dominant. About what we are discussing here.
So, basically. What I am saying is.
a)A place at (0-30) degree latitude - average hot climate
b)A place at (30 -60)degree lattitide - average moderate climate
c)A place at (60-90)degree latitude
average cold climate
Well, this is what we all know. What we have all experienced.
What I am suggesting here. Is.
People at those places, which fall under (a); should work at nights. Say, they are working on an average. 8 hours per day. But they work during day. They should work during nights. The temperature, would be competitively low. They would like to work. They should sleep, during the days.
