Another Great Video! Very nice estate with an Interesting Past…don’t think I would be visiting. Bel Air is very nice and historical within a great part of Cali. Nice touch to have the koi ponds indoors. 18:50 that area appears to be a wet bar where drinks/adult beverages were made. Glass shelves were for bar glasses. I didn’t see a toilet or bidet, or shower. IMO

He is mischeifing the name on the ladle mechanics. Well, we got to the property and saw how they built it out in spaced around our blend, but then people kept showing up on matters of what was built. The intent was to create a better blend. When I returned to the property on some matter of however was when this name was created by a person who frauds names while another one uses the power of attorney to a bank account. Which is how this ownership was done. At times we do purchase property to sort matter and restore to original context concept that is agreeable to orignal owner in a very plain way but reasonable at concept a reasonable existence without specific design. We call it a dignitary way of handling a property. The problem is we continually have too much improper arabiacy on matters and that is not of the colony bin laden shown image kind but of these types whom are continually improperly on dignitary land doing improper mission movement activity concept when they don't have the proper dignitary status of the activty they are doing or they are not to be doing it unless directed by the property dignitary of privledge whom can do those types of missions. So I have to look in and make sure the dignitary is in control of the acticty and done so since I was really little while others did as well. The same exact space we say don't fuking to my fucing dumb mother as she bastards on about shit. She doesn't have privledge, nor obligation, nor duty; she has what is known as the dignitary giving her consideration on matters of her existence.

Thanks for that. I kinda know the area and remember going to the Bel Air Hotel for brunch. This part of Bel Air is very secluded and private which I'm sure is why the Bin Laden's lived here. No squatters because it's secluded none of them knew about it. Maybe someone with an appreciation for old 30's homes will save it and probably sell the remaining land to build a modern house. Much like what is happening to the Playboy Mansion.
The marble floors do not belong in that period of a home. I will bet it was Terracotta floors on the main floor and stairs (That's why the blue tile riser on the top stair). The painter should have been let go for the over spray all over the window glass, iron hand rail, wall sconces and kitchen appliances. A shame that a house of that quality will be torn down. The house does have someone taking care of it. for 20 years sitting it is very clean.

Way too much for this place, though. It needs too much work, and the city may fight a buyer who wants to tear the place down and rebuild.
"Back in the day". that is an intercom on the wall in the hallway. So that people could speak to others throughout the house. Yes, there was once upon a time when people did not have an iPhone or something. Imagine that! The house is a loss. It will be torn down, the lost scraped and a modern white box will take its place. Looks to be picky cyprus on the walls in the den. I might be wrong on that. The UGLY marble floors were added much later. Perhaps a Spanish clay tile or wood floors originally. The mirrored ceiling - awful. Signs of "Middle Eastern" owners who have garish taste. The value is in the land only. The building has zero worth especially with the Bin Laden name attached to it.

If I had the financial means to buy and maintain this …. The history would NOT deter me from purchasing it ….. I would have preferred the ORIGINAL bathrooms be kept if they had been similar to green one which I believe probably were , they used much better tile work in those days …. But i more than likely would change the exterior color ( perhaps to baby blue ) even though on the stairs going to the car port that pink looked to be the right choice

I am sorry, but that bathroom with all the mirrors, does not have place for wine bottles that’s decorative. Nobody puts wine in the bathroom. I like watching these videos, but some of the things that you guys come up with our crazy. If you don’t know what it is just don’t mention it don’t make yourself look dumb. I also find it interesting that an Arab family lived in there and they didn’t have their special spice kitchen. And not one bidet.

FYI that carport was made famous in a shoot by a friend of mine the late producer/screenwriter and former art director of Playboys website Carol Parker. She was doing a photo shoot/portfolio for a model there when her photographer suggested that they fill up the carport with luxury vehicles. They quickly borrowed 6 close friends vehicles and the photos went on to become the posters you see today with many different captions under.
I met with Carol in her office about a doc I was working on for Netflix off of Laurel Canyon. I commented about the framed photo on her wall. Is that your house? We took that photo she said. She let Randy the photographer keep all the revenue for it. She wasn’t aware at the time it was a former relative or OBL’s house. If we knew we would have done a doc on it 😆
