waffles:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, beat together milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Once the waffle iron is hot, pour the batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Serve waffles immediately with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit.
