We place the pumpkin in front of the fire (while the flame is on) and rotate the pumpkin every 30 min or so. Try a bread pudding in one next time use old bread from the Troopee a little brown sugar and rasines with a little milk. Takes about 4 hours

I'm in Michigan, I have a wonderful stuffed pumpkin recipe. Wrap the pumpkin up good in foil throw on the coals and rotate for about 2 hours.
