Your entire body can't be in line with your hands. The center of gravity for a man is slightly above the waist so basically his hips would have to be in line with his hands..

Fellow humans, EACH OF US can do "superhuman" moves, once we'we tried enough times. One of a sudden we're on another level. Often it passes unnoticed, even we don't notice. Like, I work in a pub, and one of a sudden I know when someone will (not) come, say the sum without counting etc. Or without looking, by the sound of a guest's steps, I know if he wants food or only drink (without turning I say we don't serve food before 6 p.m.) etc. We are MADE to know more & do more then science can explain.
