- The Ghost Rider is a human who can transform into a skeletal superhuman wreathed in ethereal flame and given supernatural powers. He can explode his bike. The abnormal motorcycle he rides can travel faster than any conventional vehicle and can perform seemingly impossible feats such as riding up a vertical surface, across water, and leaping across great distances that normal motorcycles cannot. The Ghost Riders are virtually indestructible and notoriously hard to injure by any conventional means, as bullets and knives usually pass through them without causing pain (knives are shown to melt while in their body). It is possible that they are genuinely immortal, as it is said that God created them and only God can destroy them. Despite being composed of bone and hellfire, the Ghost Riders possess formidable superhuman strength, enough to easily pick up a truck and hurl it across a road. It has been stated that Johnny Blaze as Ghost Rider can press around 25 tons (50,000 lbs) (or more as seen in World War Hulk). Each Ghost Rider entity also had abilities specific to him or her.

PS2 Ghost Rider is one of the best Marvel games of all time I feel, it’s a shame a lot of people missed it.
It came out when the PS3, 360 and Wii were still new and the DS was still around but the game was only on PS2, PSP and GBA so it flew under the radar super hard.

@@sonzu-officialmusicchannel640 The longer a game exists that is licensed for Marvel the more they have to pay, it was probably too expensive to continue, you could get a lot of characters for free so it wasn't very profitable I'm sure.

And maybe the story could be something where you’d have to battle various demons and villains, namely Blackheart and Mephisto, with of course Mephisto being the final boss
And throughout the game, you’d be able to, like someone above me said, customize the Hell Cycle to look like almost any vehicle, maybe even the various ones we’ve seen the Rider use in the comics
Imagine being a murderer, or worse, in the city and all of a sudden a flaming skeleton riding a mammoth comes stomping around the corner
Ps2 Ghost Rider is fun for me. It definitely a combination of God of War and Devil May Cry at that time. I don't mind if they remaster this game for PS4/5 now

Ghost Rider game concept
- [ ] Open world. Hellfire summoning vehicle that can range from the users preference
- [ ] Not much to do with gadgets as GR is more of a super powered anti hero
- [ ] No health bar as he can not be damaged. This will be replaced by a bar that shows the link and the users host. The less of a link there is the more likely u will be forced to switch to the host. The host would have less abilities and u would have to wait for the link to recharge to turn into ghost rider again. The host has the health bar and can be killed. This would be in the form of an actual chain link.
- [ ] Good story so leave it to insomniac
- [ ] I think a shotgun would be cool. Also like Spider-Man’s L1+R1 ghost rider should be able to do the same with his chain. Either this or it’s a useable weapon like a bat or crowbar he can just grab that can have hellfire on it.
- [ ] The side missions need to be plenty
- [ ] Lots of upgrades that can be gained the same way with MSM
- [ ] Needs a bit more combat variety than MSM I felt that the combat was a bit repetitive
- [ ] Penance stare is an ultimate that needs to be filled to use
- [ ] If fast travel is a thing u should use a portal like in the show.
- [ ] The vehicles could be used in combat
- [ ] Suit Customisation

An M-rated Ghost Rider video game with a dark tone and graphic violence (blood, gore, dismemberment, being burnt to a crisp, and so on) would be quite welcome. Sadly, I really don't trust a lot of modern studios to be given the chains to work on such a character. It's similar to why I don't feel comfortable with how Punisher is gonna be dealt with if someone does make a new video game. Most probably, gonna get watered down... or, worse, change the character fundamentally to send an insult of a message to the core, original fans.
