The Speed Kills power is only seen in the movie, he never had this power in the comics. In comics he could:
-Make motorcycles, weapons and duplicates of himself out of fire.
-Burn your soul with a touch, (not only with the penance stare) or eat it.
-Shoot fragments of his chain like shurikens as well as the spikes of his uniform.
-Make his indestructible chain as large or short as he wants.
-Repair his bike with fire.
-Change size at will.
-Spit locusts and other plagues.
-Change the shape of clouds to intimidate enemies.
-Teleport.

I would like to argue as the gta 4 ghost rider mod was discontinued cause it had a rendering bug for the bike and the latency of the skin couldnt be fixed which was later fixed in gta v so yeh.....

GTA Mods are really cool to mess around with my favourites stem from the Back To The Future Hill Valley and DeLorean Mods from GTA 3 to GTA V; strangest thing that Vice City's Hill Valley Mod came with KITT from Knight Rider...
And I loved the 007 Mods for GTA SA containing all the favourites along with another DeLorean for some reason. I remember overwriting the Vanquish with an Aston Martin DBS skin so Craig's Aston had the same abilities as Brosnan's. Ahh, good times. 😊
